The Gospels of lent are very challenging, love your
enemies, challenge your temptations.
(Brenee Browne’s list of modern one’s are fascinating.
Social media and phone overuse, shopping,
Crazy busyness, over eating,) love the place you are in.
We have a full box at the entry to the Church of our
Lenten pledges to care for the earth.
Lent challenges each of us to do some work on ourselves.
I found Pope Francis words helpful.

Congratulations to Emma and Brendan on welcoming
the children to the Youth Loft after Sundays
10am Mass. I am touched by the big increase at
the weekend Masses and the growing numbers
of parents and children .
