All-Saints Day 1st November 2018: Who Is YOUR Saint?

We all need someone to look up to; someone who will always be an inspiration for our life; every thought, word and action. But more than that, someone who we can always rely on for life-giving help; encouragement when things are going well, resilience when things appear moribund.

Could anyone fit this demanding list of characteristics for you? Who could this person be? Well, you needn’t look any further than one of the 2,000+ recognised Saints! Perhaps it is the Saint that you are named after? Perhaps it’s a Saint whose life has followed a similar path to your own?

Try and find your Saint here, on this website;

Or, if you have no luck there, try this one;

And, what better way to celebrate finding your Saint than celebrating Mass with us, here in Balally on 1st November 2018.

We celebrate a Vigil Mass this evening (Wednesday) at 7.30pm. Tomorrow (Thursday) we celebrate the day of the Saints at both 10.00am and 1.10pm Masses
