We would like to thank you for your continued patience and cooperation with our booking system for Mass at Balally Parish.
The purpose of the Booking System is to ensure a fair and safe means by which parishioners may attend Mass.
Recently, we reduced the maximum number of people allowed in our Church due to an updated understanding of COVID regulations/directives.
This change resulted in some changes to the way in which places were reserved for Mass; instead of booking ‘seat types’ (individual/couple/family etc.) we introduced booking per ‘person’.
This change has caused some difficulties and anxiety for our parishioners; we sincerely apologise for this.
Our booking system has now been simplified to allow ticket bookings for one or two persons, per booking.
This means a Family of 4 should make two bookings for two people, a Family of 5 or 6 should make three bookings.
Please be assured that, once you have pre-booked, on arrival at the church, our Stewards will facilitate your preferred seating arrangement (wheelchair, individual/couple/couple with care-giver/family).
Finally, our weekend Masses are now hitting maximum capacity and we cannot provide for all the people that wish to attend a weekend Mass. A large number of people are booking places at Mass but do not attend Mass; if you are unable to attend Mass please cancel your booking via the Parish Office or via balallyparishwebteam@gmail.com and thereby allow someone else to take your ‘space’. Please be mindful of others who may wish to attend Mass at the week-end and refrain from booking more than one week-end Mass.
