McDONNELL (née Smith) (Balally, Sandyford, Dublin 18) – November 30th 2019 (peacefully) surrounded by her loving family after a long illness very bravely borne and in the excellent care of the staff at the Beacon Hospital. Marie; adored mother to Tracey and Rachel, son-in-law Seán, cherished nan to Conor and Aisling, much loved sister of Carmel, Christine and the late Jean and Agnes. Sadly missed by her family, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends, neighbours and brother John.

Reposing at her home on Tuesday evening from 4pm to 8pm. Removal on Wednesday morning to the Church of the Ascension of the Lord, Balally, arriving at 9.50am. Funeral immediately after 10am Requiem Mass to Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold’s Cross, D6W HY98. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to the Irish Cancer Society (www.cancer.ie). Donation box at the back of the church beside the condolence book.
