Glorious May

I woke up early

On this glorious May morn

The sun was shining brightly

Since the breaking of dawn

May is the month of Mary

Our Blessed Mother on high

All the flowers they are blooming

To gladden our hearts with joy

Just as the roses need our

Tender loving care

So too does our Earth

We cannot let it die

The beauty of our lakes

Our fields so fresh and green

We must all do our best

To ensure they stay clean

God’s gifts to us

We must treasure and mind

And to each and everyone

We must strive to be kind.

A Parishioner.
