The following priests, assist, from time to time with offering Mass.

Fr. Pádraig MacCarthy                      Fr. Pádraig

Fr. Pádraig is a retired priest who has served 42 years in his pastoral work.  He offers one of the Sunday Masses, when required at our church.  Fr. Pádraig is also active in the parish through his work for the Parish Pastoral Council. He has written and contributed to several news articles and books including;

John-LoobyFr. John Looby, S.J.

Fr. John offers one of the Masses, on some Sundays at our church. Fr. John is a member of the Society of Jesuits and is Director and a former Editor of the highly popular and enduring”The Sacred Heart Messenger” monthly magazine. Fr. John is also the Assistant Delegate for Jesuit Education in Ireland. He had a distinguished career as a teacher of English literature and Drama in Clongowes Wood College. He also served as Prefect of Studies with responsibility for the academic side of the school. Fr. John assists the Delegate at gatherings of the education sector.
