Yes it has got busier in the Parish over the last few days. Besides the ordinary activities people have been handing in their Altar Lists with the names of their loved ones which will be remembered every First Friday.
The letters of appeal to pay for the New Church Roof were distributed in the neighbourhood. Note: there is no door to door fundraising taking place, so please do not entertain callers/bogus collectors fundraising for the Church Roof or the Centre. We hope that finally our “water feature” will be consigned to history and that we will have enough funds to paint and restore the ceiling.
The Confirmation Children from Balally & Sandyford Parishes. went on a retreat It is the first time this resource has been shared and one of the positive elements of the clustering of the two parishes.
