McGovern (née Madden), Concepta, 11th October, 2026. Dundrum, Dublin 16, formerly of Westport, Co. Mayo. Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family in the wonderful care of the staff of Blackrock Hospice. Predeceased by her parents, Ellen and Frank, her siblings Maureen and Frankie and her dearly loved niece, Cara-Íosa.
Concepta will be forever loved and sadly missed by her heartbroken husband John, her deeply loved daughter and son, Ruth and Colin, her grandchildren Ryan, Jessica and Lucy to whom she was a cherished Nana, her son-in-law Gavin, daughter-in-law Karen, her caring niece and dear friend Léonie, her nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family, and a wide circle of her good friends and neighbours.

Reposing in Peter Massey Funerals, Balally Parish Centre, D16 K7C3, on Thursday, 15th October, from 5pm – 7pm. Funeral Mass on Friday, at 10am, in the Church of the Ascension of the Lord, Balally, with burial thereafter in Kilternan Cemetery.
