In Balally Parish there are special times of Contemplative prayer, we use Christian Meditation as taught by Fr. John Main and Fr. Laurence Freeman.
Icon Chapel: Morning and Evening prayer
9:15am Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
10am Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday. (on Tuesdays there is also exposition of the Blessed Sacrament and Rosary)
7pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
7pm Tuesday Contemplative Mass Lane Room.
Silent Sabbath
Silent Sabbath usually takes place on the third Sunday of each month
After 10am Mass until 6pm: exposition of the Blessed Sacrament.
6pm Silent Monastic style supper with reading.
7pm Evening Prayer Icon Chapel
8pm Contemplative Rosary Lane Room.
8:30pm Compline live from Glenstal Abbey.
