Former Second Secretary of the Department of Finance, Noel died peacefully, surrounded by his loving family. He will be sadly missed by his wife Pauline, his adored children Colin, David and Sinéad, daughter-in-law Dee, granddaughter Joni, Sinéad’s partner Alex, brothers Fred, John and Tom, sister Tess, his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours.

Pre-deceased by his parents Thomas and Josephine, brother Pat and sisters Helen, Clare and Mary.

Reposing at Fanagans Funeral Home, Dundrum, D14 F3X2, on Thursday 13th August 5pm – 7pm.

Noel’s Funeral Mass will be on Friday (August 14th) at The Church of the Ascension of the Lord, Balally at 10 am, followed by cremation in The Garden Chapel, Mt Jerome Crematorium.
